About Us

Nordic Eco Construction SL is the company behind the La Playa 2.47 development. We are a Spanish management and construction company founded by Norwegian investors, including the backing and support of the Norwegian construction company Heldal Eiendom AS. During the last 8 years we have built and developed 4 new projects in Spain, and prior to that 25 developments of brand-new apartments in Norway. In total we have built around 700 apartments, and every single one of them have been sold.

Our focus on modern design and Scandinavian qualities are the most significant factors for our success. Underfloor heating double-glazed and insulated windows, and soundproofing are all standard qualities in all our developments. Even in Spain it can be cold during the winter, but as an owner of an apartment in one of our developments you will enjoy the seasonal changes and your home-away-from-home all year round. 

Heldal Eiendom AS, which is a subsidiary of Magne Heldal AS, has developed more than 700 homes in Norway during the past 20 years. Our goal is to develop and build exciting projects with Nordic design and qualities at Costa del Sol, which is not that common.
